Many people who are in charge of their churches have no
training or even understanding of the Bible. We have met some pastors who don't
even have a Bible. They base their teachings on what they have heard growing
up, on the radio or what they feel like teaching. We believe that if we can
raise up pastors and leaders who have a passion for the Lord and a passion to
dive deeper into his love, that the D.R Congo can change. All of our training
has taken place in villages where rebel groups are more prominent. We feel that
if people are trained in these villages then they can spread the truth to even
the rebel fighters.
Our needs for this ministry are, Bibles and a car to go to
from the villages. There aren't many
roads that lead up to the villages and not many cars that go up to the
villages. The roads that lead to these villages are very rough and are in bad
condition. We are in need of a 4x4 car to help us get to the unreached people.
